Play with other babies and meet other caregivers! Babies 4 months-18 months and their caregivers are welcome to come play in our Community Room. There will be mats and things to roll on, bounce on, and climb.

Enjoy a morning of play and socializing at the North Asheville Library on Wednesdays from 10:30-11:30am! Intended for babies in the 0-18 months range with their caregivers. A selection of toys will be provided.

An interactive story time for the whole family featuring books, rhymes, and songs in Spanish and English.

Ever wonder if spinning is for you (or your child)? This is an exciting opportunity for complete beginners to stop by Emolyn's artist residency in Flowstate at East Asheville Library to try all the tools we use to make yarn.

The Enka History Book Club reads historical fiction and non-fiction on the 3rd Wednesday of every month.

Join us for this free, educational and fun guided hand drum session. No drumming experience is needed. This one hour workshop will establish and reinforce the foundations of rhythm and experiment with various concepts from there.  

Come learn to play the ukulele with the Asheville Ukulele Society. Lessons are free, but space is limited. To register, sign up at the library front desk or call 828-250-4738.

Drop in for basic tech help with phones, laptops, tablets, Kindles, or apps. Partners from UNC Asheville and Land of Sky Regional Council and your friendly Fairview library staff will provide one-on-one support.
