Join us for a roaring '20s-inspired kickoff party to celebrate the exhibition Mountain Metropolis: The "Land of the Sky" in the Roaring '20s and The Asheville Sessions: Celebrating 100 years of Americana & Appalachia on Saturday, November 1.

This event will feature live music by Russ Wilson's 10 Kings of Jazz and Andrew Fletcher (Firecracker Jazz Band), plus Carolina Record Shop Curator in Residence Brody Hunt will discuss the Historic Asheville Sessions and play some of the tunes recorded during the landmark 1925 gathering of regional musicians. Refreshments will be provided and Jazz age attire is encouraged!
