Event Details
In this hour-long workshop, we will focus on rhythmic note values and their various subdivisions while touching upon accents, drum tones, rests, hand patterns, call and response interplay, popular and world drum beats, time signatures, playing along to music, and more. Ages 6 and up. No drumming experience is needed! Registration is required if you want to use one of the provided djembes.
