Anti-Valentine's Day Film Series

Sometimes it's not you, it's everyone else. For those of you that are feeling disenchanted with Valentine's day this year, we'll be screening two movies over the course of February.

On 2/13 we'll see just how badly dating can go with The Heathers. When Veronica starts dating newcomer J.D., their rebellion against the popular clique, the Heathers, takes a turn for the worst. This cult classic will have you feeling pretty good about even your worst dates by the end of it. 

On 2/25 we'll celebrate friendship with Frances Ha. Frances may encounter some pitfalls in her friendships, but she is also sustained by them as her dream of being a professional dancer becomes less and less likely. This is a black and white film that is beloved by audiences for its quirky characters and relatable situations.
