Poet M.K. Barreau is returning to Pack Library to lead a writing workshop. This workshop will be a guided writing experience centered on giving language to unspoken thoughts and emotions. Through gentle prompts, participants will be invited to explore what lives beneath the surface and translate it into words in a supportive, open space.

As a writer, dancer, and healthcare professional, Barreau draws from a deep understanding of emotion, embodiment, and human resilience. Her poetry is known for its clarity, introspection, and quiet power—language that invites readers to pause, feel, and reconnect with themselves.
Her debut collection, Spoken Words: Grief and Despair, opens a continuing series that delves into the inner landscapes we often move through quietly.
