Paper Play: Pamphlet Stitched Books

In this introduction to the art of bookmaking, we will create several simple handmade books using the pamphlet stitch. With a few basic bookmaking tools, you will practice measuring, folding, scoring, punching holes with an awl, and stitching. You will go home with ideas for using your new books and instructions for making more with supplies and tools you can find at home.

This class is free, and all materials will be provided. Come prepared to be a bit messy, make new friends, and spend some relaxing time creating with others. Class size is limited to 10 participants.
