Pilates can strengthen core muscles to alleviate back pain. Looking for a free class? The library has your back.

To register for these classes, please go to: www.ciscopilates.com… this is especially important if you are planning on attending online or if you would like to receive a recording of the class afterwards.

We will have some yoga mats on hand for the in-person participants, but feel free to bring your own equipment and water bottle!
