Event Details
Join us for an educational program with the North Carolina Arboretum to learn all about the many different insects that call Western North Carolina their home (and some that don't)! Ever wondered how flies' eyes work? Or if insects have ears? At this program we'll answer these and all of our biggest bug questions, learn about the many different types, and go outside to see what insects we can find! We'll also meet a special bug friend!
Come ready to hear about the ecoEXPLORE program, find out what makes a bug a bug, what different types eat, where they live, plus much more!
This is a classroom style program, best for school aged children (ages 5+).
PLEASE STOP BY THE WEAVERVILLE LIBRARY OR CALL 828-250-6482 TO RESERVE YOUR SPACE!
