Yoga Nidra is Non-Sleep Deep Relaxation

The restorative relaxation created while practicing Yoga Nidra invites people to reduce stress, improve sleep, and balance their nervous system, all while simply slowing down and listening to a soothing guided meditation. These benefits extend beyond the session, and with repetition support calm in your daily life.

The library can provide yoga mats for ten people. If you need a yoga mat, please register. If you plan on bringing a yoga mat, then simply show up. 

If you would like to attend this session virtually, please email drea.dreiling@buncombenc.gov before noon on the day of the workshop. You'll be emailed a link that will allow you to join the virtual meeting.

Kathy Reardon is a Certified Yoga Nidra facilitator with over 10 years experience guiding people through deep states of relaxation. She looks forward to joining you on this healing journey at Pack Library.
