Ms. Brandon’s Special Chair Yoga and Meditation for Adults Class
Chair Yoga & Meditation for adults is for anyone that works at a desk most of the day, sits for a long period of time, or would prefer to practice yoga, breathing and meditation while seated versus standing. During the class we will explore yoga poses that can be practiced easily while seated in a chair, or with the chair as a support when standing. Balance, flexibility, and neck/ shoulder tension releasing techniques will be offered along with breathing exercises and meditation practice.
