Special Collections open by appointment only

Buncombe County Special Collections will be open by appointment only from April 5-April 12 to allow staff to work on special projects.

Patrons may schedule an appointment by contacting Special Collections staff at packnc@buncombecounty.org. Appointments will be limited to two hours and must be scheduled 24 hours in advance.

BCSC closes for one week on a quarterly basis to ensure staff has ample time to complete a backlog of archival work. Special Collections staff will be working hard in the archives during these quarterly closures. Thank you for your understanding!
