Friends of the South Buncombe Library Booksale

The Friends of the South Buncombe Library are pleased to announce their Winter Book Sale on Friday, January 30th and Saturday, January 31st (Saturday's sale is cancelled due to weather).

We will have thousands of fiction and non-fiction books, new best sellers, and rare or antique items -- not to mention DVDS and puzzles at bargain prices -- in every genre and for every age group!  

You can't beat the prices:

• $2.00 for all adult hardcovers, $1.00 for paperbacks
• $5.00 for coffee table books
  (Vintage books priced individually)
• Children's items are only $1.00 or 50¢
• All movies are $1.00! 
• Puzzles are $2.00!

On Saturday, January 31st, there will be a box sale from 2 PM to 4 PM.
Fill up a box with books, puzzles, DVDs for just $5.00. (We will provide the
box.) (cancelled due to weather)

Sale Hours: 

Open to the general public: 

• 11am-4pm on Friday, January 30th

• 9am-4pm on Saturday, January 31st (cancelled due to weather)

  • $5 box sale on Saturday, January 31st from 2pm - 4pm. We will
    provide the box. All regularly-priced items are included!

Special early access for Friends of the Library members only:

Proceeds benefit your library in so many ways: purchasing library supplies and equipment, newspaper subscriptions, purchasing large print books, providing children's programs, and improving the grounds.
