Kids seem to gravitate to the works of Dutch artist Vincent Van Gogh. Is it the vibrant colors? The dancing swirls? Whatever it is, come feed your fascination by learning a bit about Van Gogh and create your own version of one of his Starry Night paintings using oil pastels.
