Event Details
This four-week series gently introduces yoga postures for all ages with the use of a chair. With awareness in the breath and movement, the experience of relaxation and a peaceful feeling arise more naturally. This can be a nice practice for you to take home and continue for your day to day lives.
All are Welcome. This class is free but registration is required.
If you can, bring a yoga mat.
The yoga teacher, Devika Kucharczyk lives in Leicester and has been practicing and teaching Amrita Yoga with the guidance of her spiritual teacher for over 20 years.
