Join us for Chair Yoga at the library led by instructor Jasmine from the Ferguson Family YMCA. 

Chair yoga is a form of traditional hatha yoga that uses a chair as a prop. Yoga increases flexibility, improves strength, and calms the mind and body. 

The practice of chair yoga serves a diverse range of populations: 

  • People who are new to yoga
  • Office workers
  • Folks with limited mobility
  • Those that are healing after illness or surgery

We will meet on the First Thursdays of the Month from 9:15-10:00 AM in the Enka-Candler Community Room.
