This 10-week class will be an introduction to Basic Tai Chi Principles using the Tai Chi for Arthritis and Falls Prevention Level I form. If you are new to Tai Chi this class is a perfect fit for you.

The Western North Carolina Scale Model Club is a non-profit group for stati (non-RC) model builders to present their models and share tips and tricks in a laid back atmosphere. Bring your latest finished piece or your work in progress.
