Lego Club for ages 5-12. Make new friends and have fun building. Legos will be provided--please leave yours at home.

Space is limited, so registration is highly encouraged. 

Join us for free-form LEGO building every other Thursday afternoon, at 3:30pm!  All ages 5 and up are welcome, but anyone under 10 years old will need to be accompanied by a caregiver.

Have you ever wondered...what makes a fish, a FISH? How do they breathe so easily under the water? Why are they so slimy and hard to catch?

In honor of the release of The Wild Robot movie, enjoy a live robot demonstration by Glitch 2.0, Asheville High School's Robotics Team! Then explore circuitry with snap circuits and a make an LED paper robot!

Data shows that having active male role models in children’s lives can break down stereotypical gender biases and lead to higher gender equality and empowerment. This program is open to children of all ages and gender identities.

Use your imagination and our craft supplies to turn a sock into a fun new creature to take home with you! Follow instructions to create a no-sew caterpillar, octopus, rabbit, monster, or bear, or make up your own design. Ages 5 and up.

Get out of the heat and enjoy a Saturday afternoon matinee at the library.
Bring your own chair or blanket to get cozy on the floor.  Parents are expected to stay with children.
