Every Wednesday morning, we open up the children's programming room to give kids and families time for free play with our stash of puppets. Children must be under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Play with other babies and meet other caregivers! Babies 4 months-18 months and their caregivers are welcome to come play in our Community Room. There will be mats and things to roll on, bounce on, and climb.

An interactive story time for the whole family featuring books, rhymes, and songs in Spanish and English.

The Pack Library Book Club is a book discussion group that meets the second Wednesday of each month at 10:30AM  at the library. We read a variety of genres. The book for January 2025 is The Little Prince by Antoine De Saint-Exupery.

Every first Friday, sing along to songs in English and Spanish with a special performance presented by Bilingual Birdies. Ticketed entry. Pick up a ticket at Pack Youth Services beginning at 10 am the day of the event.

While our Youth Services Librarian is out on leave from October-December, we will offer a weekly Toddler Playtime in the Community Room from 10:30-11:30am on Fridays (no Storytime, sorry!). Children and caregivers can play and socialize.

Drop in and play. Ball pit, toys, soft slide and structure to climb on and through. For ages 4 to 18 months.

Drop in and play with other babies. Crawl through tunnels, play in ball pits, and enjoy other sensory toys. Caregivers must stay in the room. Ages 4-18 months.

These classes are offered to the public free of charge.

An Our VOICE social worker will be at the Enka Library once a month for information and assistance for survivors of sexual assault and trafficking. This session will be provided to inform community members about resources that Our VOICE provides.

Now being held at Flying Cloud Farm.  Mindfulness is paying attention in the present moment, on purpose, without judgment, as if our life depends on it.

A lively language enrichment story time designed for children ages 4 to 18 months. Older siblings are always welcome. Stay afterward to socialize with other parents and let your baby play with our baby sensory toys.

Join us for free-form LEGO building every other Thursday afternoon, at 3:30pm!  All ages 5 and up are welcome, but anyone under 10 years old will need to be accompanied by a caregiver.

Trying out your new reading skills in front of other people can be intimidating! But dogs always listen and never judge, even when we make mistakes.

Join us for this educational and fun guided drum session. This class is super fun and no drumming experience is needed. In this hour long session we will establish the foundations of rhythm and experiment with various concepts from there.

Join us for creative writing online! We meet on Zoom for several rounds of writing prompts.

Let imaginations run wild with images found inside the withdrawn nonfiction LIBRARY BOOKS and animal magazines that will be in abundant supply. Cut and paste together a unique masterpiece to bring home!

Calling all adventurous tweens! Join us for Dungeons & Dragons at Pack Memorial Library!

All players aged 10-12 are eligible.

Reading to a dog can help young readers build skills, confidence, and enjoyment in reading! Participants

Our friendly and welcoming Spanish conversation practice group is geared towards people with Intermediate level Spanish skills who are looking for a supportive chance to practice and sharpen their skills.

Please note: Due to a scheduled library closure, January lessons are on the Second and Fourth Wednesdays.

Dark City Poets Society is a completely free poetry group that is open to writers of all ages and experience levels.
