Free Qigong classes with Allen Horowitz are back at Fairview Library every Thursday in March, 6-7pm. This class is open to all ages and fitness levels. No registration needed. Just show up!
Qigong is a Chinese exercise system which consists of gentle movements that increase your energy while improving flexibility, health and well-being. Qigong also relaxes you and can help improve your balance with only a few minutes practice each day.
