Quilters of all ages welcome! Bring your own sewing machine and project or work on a community project. Snacks not provided, but we encourage you to bring a bag lunch. Drop in any time to participate.

This is a low-key community crafting circle, where we listen to an audio short story while we work on our individual crafting projects. All quiet crafts are welcome!

Join us as we share books, songs, rhymes, and activities designed for children ages 3 to 5 years.

Use the library's 2.25" button maker to make cool pinback buttons! You can bring your own images from home, draw a design at the event, or cut out pictures from used books (provided). Each attendee can make up to three buttons to take home.

Fun with fiber! Join others who share your interest and enthusiasm the second Thursday evening of each month at the Fairview Library.

Since its publication The Artist's Way by Julia Cameron has been used by all types of artists to reconnect with their creativity and become inspired and productive.

Come join us on Saturday, March 14th from 3:00-4:00 PM and learn how to make cards! Nancy, a local instructor will be showing us the basics of card-making. 

All supplies for this class are included.

As we try to reach 1,000 cranes at the Swannanoa Library, come learn how to make origami cranes and practice your skills!

Decorate a glass flower pot using paint and recycled materials. This program is a drop in event for all ages. Instructions and materials will be supplied. Parents will need to stay with children. Registration is not necessary.
