While our Youth Services Librarian is out on leave from October-December, we will offer a weekly Toddler Playtime in the Community Room from 10:30-11:30am on Fridays (no Storytime, sorry!). Children and caregivers can play and socialize.

Join Ms. Brandon at the Swannanoa Library for a fun Yoga class for children ages 1-3 & their caregivers. A fun combination of movement, songs, and stories along with yoga poses and learning breath techniques--good for everyone!

Drop in and play. Ball pit, toys, soft slide and structure to climb on and through. For ages 4 to 18 months.

Drop in and play with other babies. Crawl through tunnels, play in ball pits, and enjoy other sensory toys. Caregivers must stay in the room. Ages 4-18 months. 

An Our VOICE social worker will be at the Enka Library once a month for information and assistance. This session will be provided to inform community members about sexual assault and human trafficking resources that Our VOICE provides.

This month we're discussing Redwood Court by De'Lana R. A. Dameron.  The Leicester Library Book Discussion Group meets the second Tuesday of each month at 1 pm in the Community Room at the library. Newcomers welcome!

The Asheville Dulcimer Orchestra is a group of 18 Appalachian Mountain Dulcimer players. Come hear the group play a varied program that includes music from many classical periods, as well popular and traditional music.

In this WNC Nature Center program, kids will learn about common animal tracks found in this area and create special animal track holiday cards!

The TBR (To-Be-Read) Book Club meets every month at the Black Mountain Public Library. Call or email the library for this month's selection.
